If you have turkey responsibilities this holiday season, grab yourself a brine kit and store-bought turkey rub and let me show you the easiest way to prepare the juiciest and moistest Thanksgiving BBQ Turkey! For this cook, I used Traeger’s Turkey Blend Pellets with Brine & Rub Kit that conveniently came with an orange brine and turkey rub and barbecued it in my Traeger Ironwood XL.
Preparing and cooking turkey can be intimidating, but shortcuts are out there to help you with the process and for you to make the best turkey possible, and to focus on other things like making sides and desserts or spending more quality time with your family during the holiday season.
