My go-to burger at In-n-Out Burger is always a 3×2 Animal Style and I was in a burger mood and recreated my favorite burger at home on my flat top grill. This burger starts with 3 burger patties and 2 slices of American Cheese. The burger patties are cooked with mustard, and pickles, grilled onions, and extra spread are added to complete the full Animal Style experience.
You can customize the amount of burger patties and cheese that goes onto this amazing cheeseburger. I personally like 3×2, but the girls only like a regular single-patty cheeseburger. I think the burger patties at In-N-Out are less than 2 ounces, but thatās what I went with so it can be more satisfying.

Tips:
- I used a tortilla press to form uniform-sized burger patties.
- Feel free to substitute whatever bun or burger toppings you like.
- 80/20 means 80% lean and 20% fat. Ā This is the best ratio for burgers.

Wow!
