Galbi, Korean Style Beef Short Ribs, is one of the girls’ favorite Korean dishes, and a dish that they often order when we eat at Korean restaurants. They love the savory and sweet taste, meaty and tender texture, and the chewy delicious texture around the bone of the beef short ribs. It also smells incredible! This is a classic Korean dish that is super easy to prepare and a must-make for all Korean food lovers.
