Air Fry Salmon Spring Rolls (Cá Hồi Cuốn)

Daylight Savings Time is here, Spring is near, and I’m craving Spring Rolls. I’m kicking off the season with Salmon Spring Rolls (Cá Hồi Cuốn) made in my brand-new Cosori TurboBlaze™ 6.0-Quart Air Fryer!

This is my first real air fryer, and I am seriously blown away. The 6-quart cooking capacity is super spacious, and I’m loving how quickly and evenly it cooks food. I’ve used toaster ovens with an air fry function, but it just didn’t compare to this!

For my first Cosori TurboBlazeTM 6.0-Quart Air Fryer cook, I air fried a 2 pound piece of seasoned salmon filet at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the salmon reached 140 degrees. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the crust was just so beautiful! It tasted super moist, buttery, and flaky as well.

The girls and I wrapped the super moist, buttery, and flaky air fried salmon in rice paper to create the tastiest and freshest Spring Rolls and every bite was a delicious explosion of texture and flavor.

I’ve been air frying everything in this Cosori TurboBlaze™ Air Fryer and I’m pretty sure it’s going to be my favorite kitchen appliance of 2025. Can’t wait to share more recipes with you all!

Tips:

  • To make on the grill, cook the fish over indirect heat for 25-30 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flaky.
  • The spring roll ingredients I listed are what I like at my house.  Substitute with herbs and greens you like.  The options are endless.
  • Load the fish with lots and lots of toppings. The more the better.
  • If you don’t have time for a spring roll party, eat it with vermicelli noodles and it will still be great.
