If you’re a fan of ribs, these smoked rich, tender, and beefy Beef Back Ribs are perfect. In between the bones are the most delicious and tasty beef. I bought a two pack from Costco and plan to use one rack for phở and one to smoke.
I smoked these ribs hot and fast at 300 degrees for two hours, unwrapped for 1 hour, and foil boat for last half hour. We ate with steamed rice and it’s Sooo goooood!
Ingredients:
1 rack beef back ribs
4 tablespoons coarse black pepper
2 tablespoons @redboatfishsauce Salt, or kosher salt
2 tablespoons granulated garlic
2 tablespoons paprika
Steps:
Prepare Beef Back Ribs – Season beef back ribs liberally with beef seasoning.
Smoke Beef Back Ribs – Setup the grill/smoker to 300 degrees indirect BBQing. Smoke Beef Back Ribs at 300 degrees for 1.5 hours or until the internal temp of Beef Back Ribs reach 165-170 degrees. Wrap Beef Back Ribs and smoke for another hour or until the internal temp of the ribs reaches 200 degrees. Smoke the ribs uncovered for another 30 minutes.
Tips:
- Use this hot and fast method for pork ribs.
- Take beef rib smoking to the next level and get the center plate ribs, which is Dino Ribs!
